حذف حسابك

يمكنك حذف حسابك في «مقاضي العائلة» وبياناته في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق مباشرة أو بمراسلتنا.

من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح التطبيق وادخل إلى الإعدادات.
2. اختر الحساب ثم حذف الحساب، واقرأ ما سيحدث.
3. أكّد هويتك: أدخل كلمة المرور، أو سجّل الدخول مجددًا بحساب Google أو Apple.
4. اكتب كلمة «حذف» للتأكيد ثم اضغط حذف. يُحذف الحساب فورًا ويخرج التطبيق ويمسح بياناته من الهاتف.

دون التطبيق

أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] بعنوان «حذف حسابي»، واذكر اسم المستخدم أو البريد المرتبط بحساب Google أو Apple. قد نطلب ما يثبت أن الحساب لك، ثم نحذفه خلال 30 يومًا على الأكثر ونخبرك بذلك.

ما الذي يُحذف

• حسابك: اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور أو ارتباط Google أو Apple والبريد المرتبط.
• ملفك الشخصي واسمك الظاهر.
• رموز الإشعارات وتفضيلاتها وكل جلسات الدخول على أجهزتك.
• سجل بحثك عن الصور.
• إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Apple: نطلب من Apple إلغاء وصول التطبيق إلى حساب Apple الخاص بك. ويمكنك أيضًا إزالة التطبيق بنفسك في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple ‏(تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple).
• إذا كنت وحدك في عائلتك: العائلة كاملة بقوائمها ومنتجاتها وصورها وسجل رحلاتها.

ما الذي يبقى

• إذا كان في عائلتك أفراد آخرون يبقى المحتوى المشترك لهم (المنتجات وسجل الرحلات)، ويُزال اسمك من العلامات والمشتريات. وإن كنت منشئ العائلة تنتقل الصلاحية إلى أقدم عضو.
• سجلات أمنية مجهولة، دون اسم أو بريد: أن حسابًا حُذف، وأي إجراء اتخذه مسؤولو الخدمة على الحساب من قبل.
• نسخ احتياطية قد تحتوي بياناتك حتى 30 يومًا ثم تُستبدل.

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد لاحقًا، لكن البيانات المحذوفة لا تعود.

Delete your account

You can delete your Family Grocery account and its data at any time, directly in the app or by emailing us.

In the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account, and read what will happen.
3. Confirm it is you: enter your password, or sign in again with Google or Apple.
4. Type the confirmation word shown («حذف») and tap Delete. The account is deleted at once; the app signs out and clears its data from the phone.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", and include your username or the email linked to your Google or Apple account. We may ask for proof that the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days at most and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account: username and password, or the Google or Apple link and its email.
• Your profile and display name.
• Your push tokens, notification preferences and every signed-in session on your devices.
• Your image search history.
• If you signed in with Apple: we ask Apple to revoke the app’s access to your Apple ID. You can also remove the app yourself at any time in your Apple Account settings (Sign in with Apple).
• If you are the only member of your family: the whole family with its lists, products, photos and trip history.

What is kept

• If your family has other members, the shared content stays with them (products and trip history) and your name is removed from marks and purchases. If you created the family, the role passes to the longest-standing member.
• Anonymous security records, without name or email: that an account was deleted, and any action the service's administrators took on it before.
• Backups that may contain your data for up to 30 days, until they are overwritten.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can create a new account later, but deleted data does not come back.
