تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يجمعه تطبيق «مقاضي العائلة» من بيانات، ولماذا، ومع من تُشارَك، وكيف تحذفها. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات لتعمل قائمة مقاضي عائلتك.

لا إعلانات، ولا بيع للبيانات، ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع.
ما تضيفه في التطبيق يراه أفراد عائلتك فقط.
الصوت يعالجه هاتفك ولا نخزّنه.
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.

البيانات التي نجمعها

الحساب: اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور (نخزّنها مشفّرة تشفيرًا أحاديًا ولا نستطيع قراءتها)، أو معرّف حساب Google أو Apple مع البريد الإلكتروني الذي تشاركه تلك الخدمة (قد يكون عنوان ترحيل خاصًا من Apple).
الملف الشخصي: الاسم الظاهر الذي تختاره.
بيانات العائلة: اسم العائلة ورمز الدعوة، والأقسام والمنتجات والكميات والمتاجر والباركود، وصور المنتجات التي تلتقطها أو تختارها، وسجل رحلات التسوق (ما اشتُري ومتى ومن اشتراه).
الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز للإشعارات ونوع النظام (Android أو iOS)، وتفضيلات الإشعارات مع المنطقة الزمنية للجهاز ولغته لإرسال التذكيرات في وقتها.
استخدام بحث الصور: نص كل بحث عن صورة منتج ووقته، لحساب ما تبقّى لك من حدّ الاستخدام العادل الشهري وإحصاءات استخدام عامة.
تقارير الأعطال: عند تعطّل التطبيق يُرسَل تقرير تقني عبر Firebase Crashlytics (طراز الجهاز وإصدار النظام والتطبيق وتفاصيل الخطأ ومعرّف تثبيت عشوائي) لنصلح المشكلة.
سجلات الخادم: قد يسجّل خادمنا عنوان IP ووقت الطلب مؤقتًا لحماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

ما لا نجمعه

الصوت: عند الإضافة بالصوت تحوّل خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في هاتفك (من Apple أو Google) كلامك إلى نص، ويصلنا النص الذي تؤكده فقط. لا نسجّل الصوت ولا نخزّنه.
البصمة: قفل التطبيق بالبصمة يتم بالكامل على هاتفك، ولا تصلنا أي بيانات حيوية.
لا نجمع موقعك ولا جهات الاتصال ولا معرّف الإعلانات.

البحث عن الصور والباركود

عند البحث عن صورة لمنتج يُرسَل اسم المنتج إلى خادمنا، ثم يسأل خادمنا مصادر صور مفتوحة ومرخّصة (مثل Open Food Facts وWikidata وWikimedia Commons وOpenverse وPexels وPixabay) بنص البحث فقط، دون أي معلومة عنك.
الصور المختارة من هذه المصادر تُحفظ في مكتبة صور مشتركة لجميع المستخدمين مع مصدرها ورخصتها ونسبتها لأصحابها. صورك أنت (من الكاميرا أو المعرض) لا تدخل المكتبة أبدًا، ولا يراها إلا أفراد عائلتك.
عند مسح الباركود يرسل التطبيق رقم الباركود فقط إلى Open Food Facts لمعرفة اسم المنتج.

لماذا نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل الخدمة: مزامنة القائمة بين أفراد العائلة، ورحلات التسوق، والإشعارات والتذكيرات.
لحماية الحسابات والخدمة، ولتطبيق حدّ الاستخدام العادل لبحث الصور.
لإصلاح الأعطال وتحسين الاستقرار.

مع من نشارك البيانات

أفراد عائلتك يرون اسمك الظاهر وما تضيفه للعائلة.
مزوّدو خدمات يعملون نيابةً عنا: استضافة الخادم، وFirebase Cloud Messaging من Google لإيصال الإشعارات، وFirebase Crashlytics من Google لتقارير الأعطال، وتسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple إن اخترته.
مصادر الصور تتلقى نص البحث فقط من خادمنا، وOpen Food Facts يتلقى رقم الباركود فقط من هاتفك.
قد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجّرها لأحد.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا.
جلسات الدخول تنتهي تلقائيًا خلال 60 يومًا من آخر استخدام.
يُحتفظ بسجل بحث الصور 90 يومًا (نص البحث ووقته)، ثم يُحذف تلقائيًا. حدّ الاستخدام العادل يحتاج الشهر الحالي فقط.
عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك فورًا من الخدمة، وقد تبقى في النسخ الاحتياطية حتى 30 يومًا ثم تُستبدل.
إن كان حسابك مرتبطًا بـ Apple فإننا عند حذفه نطلب من Apple إلغاء وصول التطبيق إلى حساب Apple الخاص بك. ويمكنك أيضًا إزالة التطبيق بنفسك في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple ‏(تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple).
محتوى العائلة المشترك (المنتجات وسجل الرحلات) يبقى لبقية أفرادها بعد مغادرتك، دون ربطه باسمك.

حذف حسابك وحقوقك

يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. التفاصيل وما يُحذف وما يبقى في صفحة حذف الحساب. ويمكنك تعديل اسمك من الإعدادات، وطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا.

الأمان

تنتقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُخزَّن كلمات المرور مشفّرة تشفيرًا أحاديًا، ويقتصر الوصول إلى الخادم على المسؤول عن الخدمة.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إن علمت أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا فراسلنا لنحذفه.

نقل البيانات

قد تُعالَج البيانات على خوادم أو لدى مزوّدي خدمات خارج بلدك، مع حمايتها وفق هذه السياسة.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ آخر تحديث، ونخبرك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهريًا.

Privacy policy

This page explains what data the Family Grocery app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it. We collect as little as we can to run your family's shopping list.

No ads, no selling of data, no tracking across apps and websites.
What you add in the app is visible only to your family members.
Voice is processed by your phone and never stored by us.
You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.

Data we collect

Account: your username and password (stored as a one-way hash we cannot read), or your Google or Apple account id with the email address that service shares (Apple may give a private relay address).
Profile: the display name you choose.
Family data: the family name and invite code, categories, products, quantities, stores and barcodes, product photos you take or choose, and shopping trip history (what was bought, when and by whom).
Notifications: your device's push token and platform (Android or iOS), and your notification preferences with the device time zone and language, so reminders arrive on time.
Image search usage: the text and time of each product photo search, to count what is left of your monthly fair-use allowance and for overall usage statistics.
Crash reports: if the app crashes, a technical report is sent through Firebase Crashlytics (device model, OS and app version, error details and a random installation id) so we can fix it.
Server logs: our server may briefly log IP addresses and request times to protect the service and prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

Voice: when you add items by voice, your phone's speech recognition service (from Apple or Google) turns speech into text; we only receive the text you confirm. We never record or store audio.
Fingerprint: the app lock runs entirely on your phone; no biometric data reaches us.
We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising id.

Image search and barcodes

When you search for a product photo, the product name is sent to our server, which asks open, licensed image sources (such as Open Food Facts, Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, Openverse, Pexels and Pixabay) using only the search text, with nothing about you.
Photos chosen from these sources are kept in a shared library for all users, together with their source, licence and author attribution. Your own camera or gallery photos never enter the library and are visible only to your family.
When you scan a barcode, the app sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts to look up the product name.

Why we use data

To run the service: syncing the list between family members, shopping trips, notifications and reminders.
To protect accounts and the service, and to apply the fair-use limit on image searches.
To fix crashes and improve stability.

Who we share data with

Your family members see your display name and what you add to the family.
Service providers working for us: server hosting, Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications, Google's Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports, and Google or Apple sign-in if you choose it.
Image sources receive only the search text from our server, and Open Food Facts receives only the barcode number from your phone.
We may disclose data when the law requires it. We never sell or rent data to anyone.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists.
Sign-in sessions expire automatically 60 days after last use.
Image search history is kept for 90 days (the search text and its time), then deleted automatically. The fair-use limit only needs the current month.
When you delete your account, your data is removed from the service immediately; it may remain in backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
If your account is linked to Apple, when you delete it we ask Apple to revoke the app’s access to your Apple ID. You can also remove the app yourself at any time in your Apple Account settings (Sign in with Apple).
Shared family content (products and trip history) stays with the remaining members after you leave, no longer linked to your name.

Deleting your account and your rights

You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Details, and what is deleted and kept, are on the delete account page. You can change your name in Settings, and ask us by email for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion.

Security

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and server access is limited to the person running the service.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Data transfers

Data may be processed on servers or by service providers outside your country, protected as this policy describes.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update this page and its date, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
