باستخدامك تطبيق «مقاضي العائلة» توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
الخدمة
«مقاضي العائلة» تطبيق مجاني لقائمة مقاضٍ مشتركة بين أفراد العائلة: المنتجات المطلوبة، ورحلات التسوق، والإشعارات، واقتراح صور للمنتجات.
حسابك
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل، أو أن تستخدم التطبيق بإشراف وليّ أمرك.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك.
- الحساب لشخص واحد، ولا يجوز انتحال شخصية غيرك.
العائلة
- من ينضم إلى عائلتك برمز الدعوة يرى محتواها ويعدّله. شارك الرمز مع من تثق بهم فقط، ويمكنك تغييره من الإعدادات.
- إذا غادر منشئ العائلة أو حذف حسابه تنتقل صلاحيته إلى أقدم عضو فيها.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق في:
- أي محتوى أو نشاط مخالف للقانون، أو مسيء، أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين ومنها حقوق الصور.
- محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات غيرك، أو تعطيل الخدمة أو إثقالها.
- جمع البيانات آليًا أو استخدام الخدمة بطرق غير التي صُمّمت لها.
محتواك
ما تضيفه (المنتجات والصور وغيرها) يبقى ملكك، وتمنحنا إذنًا محدودًا باستضافته ومعالجته وعرضه لأفراد عائلتك بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
صور المكتبة والتراخيص
الصور المقترحة تأتي من مصادر مفتوحة ومرخّصة، وتُعرض مع كل صورة مصدرها ورخصتها واسم صاحبها. هذه الصور ملك أصحابها؛ إن أردت استخدامها خارج التطبيق فالتزم بشروط رخصتها. إن رأيت صورة غير مناسبة أو تنتهك حقًا فراسلنا لإزالتها.
الاستخدام العادل لبحث الصور
لكل مستخدم عدد شهري من عمليات البحث عن الصور (100 حاليًا) يتجدّد أول كل شهر، ويظهر المتبقي في التطبيق. نتائج المكتبة المشتركة والنتائج المحفوظة مسبقًا لا تُحتسب. قد يتغيّر هذا العدد وفق سياسة الاستخدام العادل لحماية الخدمة.
توفّر الخدمة وإخلاء المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، وقد تتوقف مؤقتًا أو تتغيّر ميزاتها. احتفظ بما يهمك خارج التطبيق. لا نتحمّل، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو فقدان بيانات ناتج عن استخدام الخدمة.
إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك في أي وقت (كيف؟). ويحق لنا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا مع تاريخها. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using the Family Grocery app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Family Grocery is a free app for a shopping list shared by a family: needed products, shopping trips, notifications and product photo suggestions.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or use the app under a parent's or guardian's supervision.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
- An account is for one person; do not impersonate anyone.
Families
- Anyone who joins your family with its invite code can see and change its content. Share the code only with people you trust; you can change it in Settings.
- If the family's creator leaves or deletes their account, the role passes to the longest-standing member.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for:
- Content or activity that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights, including rights in photos.
- Trying to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupting or overloading the service.
- Automated data collection, or using the service in ways it was not designed for.
Your content
What you add (products, photos and more) stays yours. You give us a limited permission to host, process and show it to your family members only as needed to run the service.
Library images and licences
Suggested photos come from open, licensed sources, and each one is shown with its source, licence and author. These photos belong to their authors; if you use them outside the app, follow their licence terms. If you see an unsuitable or infringing photo, contact us and we will remove it.
Fair use of image search
Each user has a monthly number of image searches (currently 100) that renews on the 1st of every month; the app shows how many are left. Results from the shared library and previously saved results do not count. This number may change under our fair-use policy to protect the service.
Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind; it may pause or its features may change. Keep anything important outside the app as well. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from using the service.
Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (how?). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and publish the new version here with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
